Celebrities That Are Due to Give Birth in 2019

Even though 2018 was the year of the great Kardashian baby boom, that doesn't mean America's royal family has a monopoly on exciting celebrity baby news. We're still months away from 2019, but already some of our favorite famous couples are expected to grow their families that year. Here are six of the celebrities who are reported to be expecting babies in 2019.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Everyone's favorite royal couple announced on October 15 that they're officially expecting their first child. According to Kensington Palace, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's little bundle of joy is set to arrive in spring of 2019, but an exact due date hasn't been released.



















Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher
Country singer Carrie Underwood and hockey player Mike Fisher are expecting their second child together in spring of 2019. In August, Underwood shared the news with her fans in a video on Instagram.



Lily Aldridge and Caleb Followill
In August, Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge announced that she and husband Caleb Followill (of the band Kings of Leon) were expecting their second child. Like so many others in 2018, Aldridge shared the news on Instagram.



Kate Upton and Justin Verlander

Super model Kate Upton is also on the list of Celebrity Moms Expecting in 2019. On July 14, she took to Instagramto announce that she and her husband, professional baseball player Justin Verlander, were expecting.



Jessica Simpson
Jessica Simpson is set to become a mom for the third time in 2019. In September, she announced that she and husband Eric Johnson are expecting their third child. Later that month, she shared a post on Instagramrevealing the child's sex.
"This little baby girl will make us a family of five. We couldn’t be happier to announce this precious blessing of life," she wrote with the post.

Big Brother Naija Season Five

Multichoice Nigeria had announced the  audition for the season 5 TV reality show (Big Brother Naija). image from dstv Instagram page  The online audition will run from May 20 to May 30, 2020 and is eligible to Nigerian with a valid Nigerian passport and must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2020. The eligible contestants are expected to record a two-minute video of themselves stating why they should be picked to be a Housemate in season 5 of Big Brother Naija.  They are to log on to www.africamagic.tv/BBAudition to fill out the online registration form and upload their videos.  The interesting part is that the online audition is free! #bigbrothernaija5

Johnson & Johnson is Facing a Big Baby Powder Problem

Update:  Following the verdict below, now more than 1,000 women are suing the company as well as their supplier Imerys Talc America over covering up the risks of ovarian cancer linked to use of their baby powder. The next trial is set to being on April 11 in St. Louis. According to Bloomberg, Johnson & Johnson has spent more than $5 billion since 2013 to resolve legal claims against its products. Original Story:   Last year, the family of Jacqueline Fox sued Johnson & Johnson after the Alabama woman died of ovarian cancer that she developed from using the company’s baby powder and body powder products.
